  1. These Terms and Conditions apply to Crystal Clear Portal ("Site") website operated by Crystal Clear Environmental Pte. Ltd. By accessing and using any part of the Site including any services provided ("Services"), you agree and accept to be legally bound by the terms, policies and usage rules which may be amended from time to time without notice to you. It is your responsibility to check these terms, policies and rules periodically for changes. If you do not agree to these terms, policies and rules, please do not acess the Site or use any of the Services provided.
  2. Most of the Services offered on the Site may require you to register for an account ("Account"). You agree to provide accurate and complete information of yourself when registering for an Account. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the information you hold for your Account, including your username and password and for all activities that occur under your Account. Each Account is strictly for a single user only. You are not allowed to share your login credentials with anyone else.

You agree not to scrape, frame, display or use the data, information, text, artworks, graphics, photographs, videos, audios, logos, trademarks, software, scripts and other interactive features ("Content") without explicit authorisation from us. We grant each user of the Services a worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Content solely for the purpose of using the Services. Any other use, reproduction, modification, distribution or storage of the Content other than for the purposes of using the Services is absolutely prohibited. In connection with your use of the Services, we may send you emails on the Services and other information.
  4. We collect the data from on-site electronic equipments ("Data") and stream the Data to our cloud servers using internet as a medium and ISO standard IoT messaging as a protocol.

We do not promise or make any guarantee that the Content, the Data or the Services on the Site will be error-free, uninterrupted or that any defects will be corrected or that your use of the Site and Services will provide specific results that meet your needs. We reserve the right to remove, edit or modify any Content without notice to you for any reason or no reason at all.
